I had no positive remarks. I booked this hotel, but when I arrived with my kids, the staff said there was no reservation under my name—even though a customer executive from the booking site confirmed it was confirmed. We were left stranded and had to find another hotel nearby, which cost us a fortune, and the overall ambience of the place was disappointing.

I booked this place hoping for a clean pool, but it was the worst I've seen—maximally dirty. The room was cramped, the bathroom wasn’t clean, and there was no toiletries kit.
