“Good stay .”

The location was good and it looked like it had been recently renovated, but when I tried to check in early I was denied; I understood that room turnover is difficult, yet there was no alternative offered or any helpful assistance. I was only allowed in at 3 PM and that was it; I would have liked at least some effort to help.

“I came for a single night due to work, and it was a wonderful experience overall!”

The front‑desk lady, Maddie, was incredibly professional and kind, giving me plenty of useful info and radiating a warm welcome that made a real difference. The only downside was that the bed felt as hard as a rock.

“Beware of Pet Policy”

The staff, location, and amenities were great, so if I return to this place I’ll ask to be put in a room away from any guests with pets. The property allows pets, which is fine, but their policy isn’t strict enough: a guest across from my room left two dogs in the room for the day, and they barked the ENTIRE TIME! We were on first floor- we had to call the front desk 3 times from 10:30pm-11:15 pm for noise on upper level- doors slamming,kids running and yelling we were unable to sleep- I’ve never been to a hotel with such terrible noise disturbances and paper thin walls - terrible night sleep hearing doors slamming again at 5 am - and a hotel worker knocked on my door by mistake at 1245 am in the morning and woke us up out of our sleep- never would recommend this place !!
