The location was good. The rooms are too small.

The stay was pretty nice, with a lovely courtyard and a great breakfast. We stayed twice in different rooms, and each time we had traffic noise. The rooms are small, with no space to open luggage. The laundry service is far too expensive.

The breakfast spread was great, with fresh fruit, omelets, and a wide variety of eggs all well prepared, and the staff were always ready to help and serve whatever you requested, a real blessing to find such dedicated people at a hotel. However, I stayed in room 1 and the smoking area was right next to the window, which was a bit embarrassing, though it was only a very minor issue.

The room was nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable. The location is great, and the breakfast terrace and food were excellent. The room was very small, not suitable for a couple. There was no stool or chair to sit on, and they didn’t provide an air‑conditioning control; it took a while to get one.
Nice thing: the Porta Hotel Antigua has a pool you can swim in.
