Responsive staff. The first room I checked into had an AC that didn’t work well and wasn’t cooling the room. After I complained, the reception staff moved me to another room and the AC was fine there.

The hotel is conveniently located right across from the Pakayamkottai bus stand, making it easy to reach. While there are plenty of rooms, the property looks quite dated. The carpet in the hallways and on the room floors could use an upgrade. Even though I turned on the geyser, I couldn’t get hot water. With some renovation, this hotel could definitely improve and offer a much better experience. The staff are friendly and helpful.
