“Cozy, clean and safe place to stay in Batu”
The beds were super comfy, and the place sits in a quiet, safe gated community in Batu. Shower hot‑water pressure was great, and free filtered water was provided. A fridge was available for guests. The management team, located inside the complex, were always ready to help, from changing towels to supplying extra water. The pillows were way too high, but you could unzip the covers and remove some stuffing to adjust. The kitchen felt under‑equipped, lacking enough cutlery, crockery, knives, or a cutting board. When we asked, the staff bought us extra pots because the only ones left were old, dirty, and in bad shape. A few tea towels and a sponge would also help keep the area clean. Trash bins and the common area could be emptied more often. The bathroom was clean, but like many places in Asia, the drain was slow or clogged due to poor plumbing.
