The spot right beside a Community Beach is spot on, especially for families. Mornings and evenings on the boat feel wonderfully tranquil, and the owners kept communication clear. Like other older houseboats in my country, there’s no separate tank for greywater, so it flows straight into the Duoro; I didn’t want to pollute the river, so I avoided soap entirely, which left me uncertain.
