“Schlechtestes 4 Sterne Hotel, das ich je gesehen habe.”

The only good thing was the hotel’s location and comfortable beds. Spiders on the bathroom ceiling, door locks often jammed, mouse droppings on the balcony rail, loose toilet seat with dirt underneath, two unusable safes both blocked, and finally over 100 euros charged at checkout for food and drinks I never consumed. Worst 4‑star hotel I’ve ever seen.

“Unter dem Strich waren wir sehr zufrieden 😃”

The HP included at an extra cost was top. We ate at the restaurant six times and wished the salad buffet and kitchen greetings had varied; every evening it was the same. If you only stay two nights, it doesn’t matter. The main courses are top!

“Tolles Personal und schönes Ambiente”

The staff were exceptionally nice, polite, and competent. The location was excellent, with restaurants and shops within walking distance. A free bus to Meran runs a few steps away every 15 minutes. The Terz restaurant in the hotel offers a lovely ambience and high‑quality food and drinks. For bad days, a small, stylish wellness area is available.

We stayed one night on the way to vacation. The room was large, well equipped with a balcony and a very nice view. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking in front of the hotel. The kids had a lot of fun at the pool. No complaints.

Very friendly staff, the restaurant has an outstanding kitchen, not exactly cheap but worth the price for the quality.
