Great location that keeps you in a fairly quiet area yet close to everything. The owner was vague on several points, which spoiled our stay – he didn’t mention the need to press a button for hot water, the extra fee for luggage storage, and other details.

Nice spot, near the Metro and the central station, and the host was easy to communicate with. The only issue was the lack of forks, spoons, knives, and plates.

The place is well situated close to the historic center and the air conditioning kept it cool even when turned off. Corner markets open late offer breakfast, snacks, toiletries, and the Wi‑Fi was consistently good. The shower had solid water pressure, and the apartment felt fairly new and tidy. The host didn’t speak English, but we managed via Google Translate and he was very helpful, even though we arrived half an hour early and left early in the morning. It was a stress‑free stay overall. On the downside, the walk from Central/Garibaldi Station can feel sketchy with homeless or drugged people and dirty streets, but once inside the apartment the surrounding streets are safe with locals and family homes. I would have liked a blanket in addition to bedsheets, just for comfort, but that’s a personal preference.
