“Renamed Cental Prime. Excellent location and value”
We loved everything here. We booked the Asian Boutique Hotel, which has since been renamed “Central Prime.” New management is making changes and improvements. It sits right in the heart of Thamel, the main tourist area, but the room is very quiet at night—perfect. It’s within walking distance of the long‑distance buses from Sorakutte to Chitwan, Pokhara, etc.; we had suitcases, so we paid a small fee for a taxi. The hotel serves very good breakfasts (Indian, American, English, etc.) included in our room rate, and there are plenty of evening meal options nearby. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The owner was usually around when we came in and out and was keen to make sure we had everything we needed. Our room had a very comfortable super‑king bed. Nothing to complain about. Highly recommended; excellent value.

We recently booked a room at this hotel for a special guest, and I was thrilled to say that it exceeded all of his expectations. The rooms were beautifully renovated, spotless, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were also super attentive and made a great effort to make our stay special.

The room size was excellent and the location is ideal in the heart of Thamel, yet it stays quiet at night. We only stayed one night before catching the bus to Chitwan. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Amazing value for money and a huge comfortable bed. Nothing to complain about.
