I was charged but couldn’t stay, and they wouldn’t give me a refund for the problems. I had to arrive late, but the team was helpful via text. The location was hard to locate, in a risky area, and the front desk person barely spoke English. They wouldn’t let me cancel or refund a stay I never had. The room was filthy, smelled awful, and I felt unsafe with gunshots nearby. Local troublemakers harassed me while I was trying to get there, and the situation kept getting worse. I’ve asked both the hotel and the booking site for compensation, but no one has responded or tried to fix this distressing ordeal.

This motel might not be the fanciest, but it's clean and gets the job done. The staff were friendly and helpful, and once you figure out the bus route, the location's not too bad.

“Not so great”

I was really impressed with the staff at this hotel - they were super friendly and helpful, which made up for some of the issues with the room. Unfortunately, the room itself was a bit of a letdown. It was in desperate need of a fresh coat of paint and some serious updates, which made it feel pretty gross. Despite that, the staff's warm welcome and assistance made me want to give the place another chance.

Unfortunately, this place has some major drawbacks. The location is super noisy and the blankets looked like they hadn't been washed in ages. Not exactly what I was looking for in a hotel.

I had a pretty decent stay here, with the room being in good condition and all. But the location was a bit of a letdown, and getting to the city center was a bit of a hassle.
