I booked a room for my wife and me, and after traveling from Kerala and arriving at 10 pm, we were told the room had been cancelled and reassigned. When I asked for an explanation, the staff hung up on me and customer care was unhelpful, despite my repeated attempts—over ten calls day and night—without any response. They seem to know how to take reservations but not how to hold one, which is crucial.

We arrived as a couple, booked two nights but ended up staying four. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were beautifully styled, and the property’s central spot is close to beach cafés and the flea market. Palolem beach is a short walk away, and we had a blast—highly recommend for anyone heading to Palolem looking for a beachside stay.

The location is perfect, just a stone’s throw from Palolem beach. The property itself is superior to beachfront options, which often play loud music and feel cramped. Bibhitaki Boutique sits in a typical tropical garden, where the only sounds are crickets and waves.
