The hotel is superbly located, the staff are attentive, and the rooms are pretty; we rented the suite for a short romantic weekend, enjoyed the magnificent thermal baths and the breakfast.

Warm water was essential for me, the outdoor pool in the fresh mountain air and the quiet room fulfilled everything; on the grey, cool days fewer guests meant the bathroom was less crowded, so I felt especially comfortable. Sorry, dear fellow guests. Nothing else to add.

The baths are well placed, but the reception was disappointing: a written request for a surprise was not fulfilled, no gesture followed, and one colleague was very rude, making for a terrible experience.
