The staff were absolutely brilliant and the room was spotless, cleaned every day with fresh towels provided daily. The only downside was that there was no refrigerator in the room, so I had to keep my insulin pen in a fridge at reception, but I had 24/7 access to it. I think the staff deserve another mention as they were so helpful and always smiling.
