A nice hotel, pretty, with friendly staff who pointed out a parking spot not far from the riad; good location, good breakfasts, overall quiet though sometimes street chatter could be heard, but that wasn’t a problem for us.

We stayed in a large room that fit two adults, two kids, and a baby perfectly. Finding the right Riad in a city you don’t know is a jungle, but we were looking for a safe, easily accessible place and we absolutely chose Riad Dari Fès. The Riad is a two‑minute walk from the main road where cars can get right up to the edge of the medina, yet it’s close to everything. On the main street there are restaurants, plenty of small kiosks, and laundries, which made the stay very convenient. Breakfast was served at the table and there were small variations each day – it was one of the best breakfasts we’ve had in Morocco. The rooftop terrace is an added bonus, and El Hussein at the reception was attentive to guests. The only downside was the single bed, which is probably no wider than 60 cm.

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Dari Fès. The welcome was truly excellent from the moment we arrived: warm, caring, and always smiling. The hosts were very kind and did everything to make us feel at home. The riad is very clean, well‑maintained, and full of charm. A special mention for the dinner and breakfasts, which were absolutely delicious, generous, and carefully prepared. One small note: as is often the case in traditional riads, there can be occasional unpleasant smells from the medina environment, and the soundproofing could be better. Still, this did not spoil our experience, as we appreciated the quality of the hospitality and the ambiance. A very beautiful address that we gladly recommend!
