“excellent we are returning next week”
The staff were excellent, the food was fantastic, and the overall experience was superb. I’m already booking two rooms for next week.
The bed was comfortable. There was no TV or kettle in the room, and the bathroom in the next corridor had a loose tap and no hot water. The room was also vastly overpriced because of the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow. Otherwise, it was fine!
This place was so bad we had to leave. The beds were stained and the carpet was soaking wet. The entire place was generally grubby. I contacted the owner, who refused to acknowledge my concerns and called me a liar.
