I really liked it, felt the warmth and care of the house’s host 💖. All wishes were fulfilled with joy. In the guest house “Alma” you feel at home. The kind and wise host left an unforgettable impression on my heart. I’ll gladly come back here again 🫶🫶🫶

The location, the relaxation area, the grill, and after check‑out the host allowed me to sit on the veranda for 3 hours. The host Alma was unfriendly, didn’t greet me, didn’t see my booking, and wasn’t prepared for my arrival. The room had no toilet or shower, no mirror, no kettle, no towels, no Wi‑Fi, only one blanket, the bed was messy, and the carpet was dirty. Toilet paper wasn’t replenished in the toilet, the kitchen dishes were dirty and insufficient for everyone staying. The grill grates were dirty, and the grill area itself was also dirty.

The spot in Burabay is perfect, with a beautiful garden full of seating and a huge, spotless house. Everything is very comfortable and the host is welcoming. The location is also very central. Nothing negative.
