The spa and jacuzzi area is beautifully designed, relaxing and impeccably maintained. The surrounding views are breathtaking. Breakfast was excellent, the wine fantastic, and the hosts were incredibly warm, welcoming and attentive – a truly wonderful experience. Nothing – everything was excellent.

Everything was very welcoming, especially Paola's availability.

Everything went beyond what I imagined – the location, the welcome, the cellar tour, the breakfast and the wines… all absolutely superb! ===REVIEW 8<|message|>There really wasn’t anything good about it. The staff’s service attitude was far below expectations, and the way they treated guests was almost nonexistent; it felt like they had no training at all and ignored us, so I have no desire to return to that hotel.

I was blown away by the getaway spot we hit on our Italy trip; Paula and the unnamed gentleman from the wine shop were fantastic. The spot itself is gorgeous, the breakfast is a must‑try, and the whirlpool area feels like a soothing oasis after a long drive.

The place sits in a tranquil spot with breathtaking views of the surrounding nature, and the rooms are both comfortable and beautifully decorated. The staff are genuinely lovely and go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. There’s nothing I’d complain about.
