Nothing. The hotel confirmed the reservation three weeks before arrival, but on the day of arrival it was closed. It turned out the hotel had been shut for 10 days, but no one warned us—neither the hotel nor Booking. The phone was unreachable. In the end, I was left without accommodation at midnight, in the rain, with a child under my arm. Booking promised to resolve the issue within 45 minutes and provide an alternative, but the operators stopped responding, and we had to sleep at the station.

“We arrived late at night after a long journey from another country, and being sent to the wrong address in an unfamiliar”

The owners sent us self‑check‑in instructions before we arrived, which was useful because we got there late at night. The address shown in the reservation was wrong; I used the official “Copy address” button in the app and gave that address to the taxi driver, but we were taken to the wrong place late at night. The owners had sent a different address in a separate message with the check‑in instructions, but they didn’t clearly warn us that the address in the reservation was incorrect or tell us not to use the “Copy address” button. When I reached out, they only replied that the correct address had been sent in the messages. Guests should be able to rely on the address shown in their reservation, and if the property knows it’s wrong it should be clearly highlighted before arrival and corrected immediately.

The only good thing was something concrete. The bed squeaked, the bathroom stands were rusty, the entrance panels were worn, a towel was soaked in bleach, the curtains were torn, the blinds were torn, there was no Wi‑Fi information, no coffee and no spoon for mixing in the room, the liquids were not replenished, the toilet paper holder for four people had only one roll, and there was no spare roll.

Vieta. Nėra net mažo šaldytuvo. Lovos girgžda, nepatogios. Patalynė suplyšusi ir ištepta. Aplink langus voratinkliai. Sienos prastos ir labai girdisi kaimynai anksti ryte. Vonios kambarys labai prastas. Dušo kabinos durys vos laikosi, dušo galvutė visa su juodu pelėsiu. Visi metaliniai daiktai su didele korozija. Šiukšlių dėžė vonioje baisiai nešvari. Net nėra maišo šiukšlėms tai visi meta viską tiesiai į ją ir nėra išvalyta. Kvapas kambaryje negeras. Nors ir vienai nakčiai, bet turėtų būti laikomasi higienos reikalavimu iš savininkų pusės
