I stayed at this hostel and it was a total disaster; the place was trash and there was no coffee station at all.

The staff were great and very welcoming, the spot was good for getting back to the park and ride, but one of the rooms had a strange smell.

The location was great, just a stone's throw from the airport, and the communication was excellent.

Everything was fantastic, the hotel was spotless and impeccably kept, the staff were friendly and always ready to help, and we four of us had an amazing stay.

If you’re flying out of Heathrow, you’ll want to pay the extra to stay closer so you don’t have to shell out over £30 on an Uber; the distance makes it feel more like a regular hotel than an airport one.
