It was in one of the best spots in Verona, right next to Juliet’s balcony in the centre. The entrance and the first set of stairs were exciting and made you want to see the place. We didn’t like having to share the sitting/dining area or the fridge with strangers, which turned it into more of a Bed‑and‑Breakfast feel. We were uneasy about putting our own items in the shared fridge, so we only used the small one in the room. The soap dispenser didn’t work – it was a jam jar with a pump – and the shower tidy didn’t work either. Aside from those issues, it met our needs, was comfortable, had Wi‑Fi, and communication was good. Maybe Federico could update the place a bit?

It was a dream! All the sights were nearby 🤗 A great room with air‑conditioning, perfect for a visit to the Arena di Verona. We would come back anytime 👍

The location, the cleanliness, and the host’s availability were good. The only downside was that there were only sheets on the bed and no spare blanket.

The place sits right in the heart of the historic centre, and the air conditioning and double‑glazed windows keep it quiet and peaceful even over the bustling streets below. It’s spotless and fully equipped, and there’s a handy convenience store just around the corner.
