The staff, especially Maxime, were friendly and always ready to help, but the room was cramped and the bed was too narrow; I couldn't keep a window slightly open because it was blocked, and there was no oscillating window to improve airflow, so the ceiling fan and lamp were the only modest ways to ventilate the poorly aired room.
