The hostel hits the sweet spot with rock‑bottom rates, a chance to meet other travelers, and hotel‑style perks like spotless rooms, a 24‑hour front desk, and daily tours of the local sights. The desert excursion is a real bargain and the guide—who also runs the place—is clearly passionate about plants and minerals. The only downside was that I visited during the off‑season, so the common areas felt pretty empty.

The room felt really cozy and comfortable, and the price was hard to beat for what you get. Breakfast was surprisingly tasty, and overall everything ran smoothly.

Tout était parfait dans cet établissement. Un personnel à l’écoute toujours là pour répondre aux questions et nous aider lorsqu’on en avait besoin. Il y a une cuisine où il y a tout l’équipement nécessaire pour cuisiner avec un supermarché à 3min de l’hostel. Nous avons fait l’excursion sur une journée aux déserts de Tatacoa avec l’hostel, le guide était très sympa, les explications au top. C’était vraiment une journée incroyable. Il n’y a pas trop de bruits la nuit donc on a très bien dormi. Je recommande vivement vous ne trouverez pas mieux à Neiva
