Unacceptable – the hotel was closed upon arrival. We had booked this hotel in advance and traveled by motorcycle. When we arrived, we found the hotel closed and apparently out of service due to renovations. No information was provided during booking, nor were we contacted beforehand. We were suddenly left without accommodation and had to drive over 50 km to find another hotel. This is a serious flaw – both from the hotel and from the booking platform that allows such reservations. Something like this should never happen and is absolutely intolerable for travelers.
