The room was freezing and damp; even with the AC off we froze at night, and by morning our clothes were wet. I've had lower back pain for three days, probably from the room’s conditions. The water bottle in the room felt old—the cap had a strong plastic or chemical odor, so we avoided drinking it. The bathroom opens directly into the room without proper separation, letting moisture seep in and raise humidity. On top of that, there were hairs and false eyelashes on the bed, even though fresh linen was supposedly on it. The room’s state was unacceptable, and the hygiene and humidity problems really ruined our stay.
