Rustic rooms feature wooden ceilings, wrought‑iron beds, flat‑screen satellite TV, free Wi‑Fi, private bathrooms and valley views. Guests enjoy homemade breakfast with local cheeses, cold cuts, jams, and on‑site BBQ facilities; Spoleto lies 30 minutes away.

The place was peaceful and quiet, which I really appreciated.

The property was spotless, the hosts were very friendly, and the breakfast was fantastic! The only downside was the barking dogs at night, but they were not the agriturismo’s and eventually quieted down.

It’s a beautiful spot in the countryside, just a two‑minute drive from Norcia, with a spectacular breakfast featuring local products and staff who are extremely kind and helpful. In summer there’s also a small pool with a spa and sun loungers on the lawn. The bathroom was dark, though the fan worked fine. The walls were thin (you could hear the neighbors), and in my opinion the mattress was too soft.
