Everything was good: the staff were nice, the place was nice, and the food was nice. Nothing to dislike.

I appreciated that the pool was reachable, though it shuts down at 9 pm, which was a bit early; a 10 pm closing would have been better. The room was spacious, tidy, and the bathroom featured both hot and cold showers. Extra pillows were provided for free. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The only downside was the lack of a fridge, but that didn’t bother me. Flies were a problem in the restaurant. We requested a ground‑floor room but ended up on the floor above; that was fine—just a little extra exercise.

The place was clean, safe, and comfortable, with staff who were very helpful and respectful. The service felt old‑fashioned in a good way, and I’d definitely return. The food at the restaurant was disappointing; frankly, the chef can only work with what he has, which is the main issue with La Planta.
