The location is good and the single rooms are clean. We were very disappointed with the service, especially the front desk staff who we had to approach twice during check‑in. Each time the person was on their phone watching a movie, appeared annoyed when we “disturbed” them (sighs, eye rolls). Other issues: the pool was out of order and that wasn’t disclosed when we booked; there was no hot water—claiming it took time to heat due to electric panels, but in reality the hot tap had no water at all, so we showered with freezing cold water in winter with a child.

The spot was great and the housekeeping came around regularly, but I noticed mold on the walls, the bed felt too soft, and the coffee and breakfast didn’t taste good.

Everything was perfect, the place was very well located and the staff were extremely friendly!

The shower was solid – hot water all day and easy to use – but the pool was shut down for renovations, which was a real let‑down when I was hoping to take a dip.
