We booked the hot‑tub balcony room and it was incredible. The staff went above and beyond to help us, and breakfast was great. We also enjoyed watching the adorable family of kittens playing on the terrace. The only negative was that the Turkish night we booked through the hotel was unbelievably disappointing—we left early. We paid a lot for dinner, the show, and unlimited drinks, but the meal was completely inedible. Maybe they should not send visitors there, as it reflects poorly on the hotel. Otherwise it was lovely.

The staff were great. Ayshe and Ali were very helpful and made our stay more comfortable, assisting us with everything we needed. The rooms were beautiful and breakfast was amazing.

“Loved this place!!”

Location was perfect, we could watch the balloons from our little balcony. Uchisar is fascinating, historical and pretty town with good places to eat and its very own castle. The room was excellent with a big shower room. The hotel staff were brilliant - professional, friendly and extremely helpful. Particular mention should be given to Orzhan and his team who really made it special for us. The breakfasts and bruschette were amazing! Mmm . pancakes!! ♡
