The hotel is charming and fairly modern, located in the central area of Can Picafort. The price is a bit high for the offered room. Cleanliness, especially in the bathroom, is somewhat questionable. The room had no windows, and the bathroom furnishings were basic.

The staff were simply wonderful and always friendly! Very accommodating and helpful, even though they were probably under heavy workload, since it was always the same two people. I can only admire them! :) Whenever small issues were raised, the best possible solution was always found. The rooms and the hotel always smelled pleasant. The cozy roof terrace with a small pool was a highlight day and night. The rooms were cleaned every day and were always very clean. Breakfast was tasty and varied. The shower was leaking and flooded the bathroom. The shower drain sometimes smelled unpleasant and the water temperature changed frequently. The extra bed blankets from the closet were dirty (makeup, mascara, hair), and were replaced after request.

Yes, but I requested a balcony and it didn't have one. It had no balcony.
