The facilities and beds were very comfortable, the staff attentive, and the view great because we stayed on the 6th floor; the dining room, however, is a bit too small for so many guests.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location to the city centre was good, but the air‑conditioner in the room couldn't cool properly, so we had to leave the window open at night and it blew straight onto the main street.
