The hotel’s atmosphere and staff were great, they booked all our attraction tickets and were reachable on WeChat whenever we needed help; the breakfast wasn’t Chinese but tasty and beautifully presented, the rooms were nice, and someone spoke English—this will be my go‑to place for the next trip to Zhangjiajie.

The hotel is perfect, and its proximity to metro line 2 is very convenient, though the immediate surroundings aren't particularly interesting.

The room was spacious and gorgeous, with a large bathroom that had everything you could need. The bar was cozy and quiet, which was exactly what I wanted. The public areas were luxurious and the staff were excellent. Nothing to complain about.
