The room offered a beautiful sea view and sunset, and the central location made moving around the city easy. Nearby were good restaurants, a night market, and Dinh Cậu, plus places to buy souvenirs, coffee, and food. The room itself was old and damp, the wooden floor was loose, the furnishings were outdated, the TV had no cable and was very limited, and water from the hot water tank dripped onto the balcony. The bathroom was old, the ceiling was loose and noisy, the ventilation fan was loud, and there was a foul smell from the drain or somewhere in the ventilation that seeped into the bedroom.

Smoking residue was so strong that we have to cancel the hotel after 3 hours inside the rooms and look for another one. Even though we booked for two non smoking rooms. In the end we paid 500,000 vnd for cancelling

The room we booked turned out to be quite nice, featuring a balcony, two very comfortable beds, a clean interior, sea view, a good TV and friendly staff, all in a convenient location. So far I have nothing else to add.

The hotel is in the city centre. The room was too small for two people, the television lacked even the most basic channels and there was no FPT package or cable TV.
