They didn’t give any check‑in or access details. When I messaged them 45 min before arrival I got no reply. At the security post there was no information. Ringing the supplied number sent me to an unmonitored message bank, so I never stayed there. No service was provided and I’ll have to arrange a charge back with my credit card provider.
