The apartment was immaculate—everything looked brand new and it was a stone’s throw from the ski lifts and the Silveretta Therme. Parking was plenty and the view of the village was nice. The only hiccup was that there was no clear way to request fresh towels; we had to ask for them and the owner was rarely around to help. Also, we never heard back about the electric car charger before we arrived, so we had no idea if it was available or what the conditions were.
