Everything was perfect, clean and well located.

The location was quite good. Plaza Merdeka is just a short walk away, a Chinese food court is one minute on foot, and moving around was very easy. The space was narrow and only steep stairs were available, so it was difficult with a suitcase.

Everything was perfect: the spot was spot on, the staff were super friendly and helped out in a bunch of ways, the price was a great deal, and the room was big and spotless – we’d definitely come back.

1. It is strategically location, in which I can walk to the eateries around it. 2. The staff there were kind and helpful. 3. The room was overall simplistic, beds were comfy and the room is air-conditioned. 1. I have high standards for overall hygiene, so increasing the cleaning frequency of the bathrooms and toilets - especially during peak hours - would greatly enhance the guest experience. 2. The building shows its age as an older hostel. Simple touch-ups or refreshed maintenance in key areas could help brighten up the space while preserving its character. 3. The common area has great potential. Adding small touches like complimentary tea/coffee sachets, light snacks, or a book exchange would make it feel much more welcoming, especially for international budget travelers looking to connect
