The facilities and staff were good, but the location is a bit far from the city center.

The location is excellent with a dreamy view of the bay, the facilities are relatively new and clean, and the value for money is very good. However, the kitchen/restaurant standard doesn’t match the otherwise great impression (food quality and variety, staff very friendly but minimally trained and experienced). The hotel doesn’t have direct beach access, though it does have a nice pool.

The rooms feel like new, big enough with a lovely balcony, a nice pool, and the staff are very kind and always ready to help; it’s very close to Waecicu beach, the best I’ve seen lately.

The staff were helpful, but there were no umbrellas by the pool, everything was old and broken, and the breakfast was cold and uninviting.

One major downside was that there's no direct beach access - that's a pretty big deal if you're looking for a beach vacation.
