“Exceptional hotel setting the standard for real hospitality”
The hotel was exceptional, setting a new standard for real hospitality. From the moment we arrived, through the entire stay, to check‑out, the staff were incredibly warm, helpful, and responsive. It’s clear the hotel prioritizes guest care and empowers employees to create delightful experiences. The property itself is stunning, with lush greenery, multiple pools, and several restaurants. Our room stayed spotless and well maintained, making it extremely comfortable. The pools deserve a shout‑out for their warm, crystal‑clear water and comfortable loungers—we spent a lot of time there with our 5‑month‑old. Beach access was a huge plus. The biggest highlight was breakfast: included in our rate, it was a treat to go to Agua every morning, enjoying delicious, clean food with a spectacular ocean view. The group chat set up with the concierge/hosts was a nice touch—just send a quick message with any requests, and the hosts organized everything. Definitely recommend, and big thanks to our wonderful hosts, Samuel, Francisco, and Lorenzo. The only downside is that everything is quite expensive—hotel, food, drinks, etc.—but that’s understandable after staying there.
