“Very good”
The property itself is great, though the lights in the bathroom mirror were broken.

The location and comfort were fine, but I left my new boots in the chair at checkout, the staff claimed they were gone, and my wife says she left them there thinking I’d pack them—my mistake, but who actually took them?

The bathtub was peeling.

The area was okay, but the hotel manager’s place was dirty, the bathroom was nasty, and it wasn’t worth the money—almost ruined my vacation.

I’ve never had a problem with Holiday Inn Express except for one thing: the deposit wasn’t returned even though we checked out on September 2nd and it’s already the end of the month; it seems like a recurring issue at all Holiday Inn Express locations, and it normally takes about 2 days to get it back.
