The restaurant was unprofessional, with bad food that took too long to cook and was below standard; they closed the tandoor because they only have 4‑6 visitors. I will never return to a retreat where we pay around 40‑50 thousand for three nights and it’s not worth it.

The hotel was solid, with decent facilities and staff who were genuinely helpful. The only drawback was its slightly inner location, though the view of the Rohtang Pass peaks was nice.

The place had a great spot and the staff were friendly. Getting there was easy, but the hotel felt crowded and the construction around it was a real nuisance. Breakfast didn’t live up to expectations; the selection was limited for a brand of that caliber.
