The room was spotless with a lovely balcony, breakfast was plentiful and good, and free parking was offered even after check‑out. Nothing to add.

Good location at the start of Pinzolo and friendly staff, but a small uphill walk from the road to the hotel, and the Sunday "Cena di gala" dinners were not up to the standard of the regular dinners.

We booked just a few weeks before our weekend trip, so I understand the price could reach 200 euros per night during peak season. The location is great—just a few steps from the city center and close to a tasty restaurant, though it’s pretty heavy if you’re not used to that kind of cuisine. Otherwise, there isn’t much to comment on because we didn’t try any services or interact with the staff, so our experience is mostly limited to the room. The downside was that on the second floor our room had a drainage issue, which made the night noisy with a gurgling sound that really disrupted sleep. Breakfast was underwhelming, and the coffee machine made almost burnt coffee, so I’d recommend asking staff to fix it.
