Located on a quiet street, it is a 14‑minute walk from Postiguet Beach and under 1 km from the train station, near Explanada de España and the Alicante Museum of Contemporary Art.

Second time at this apartment – excellent. Facility, great amenities, helpful support team. Nothing to complain about, everything’s great.

The host was very friendly in messages, explained everything beforehand and offered tips. The spot is top tier. It’s clean and the Wi‑Fi is great. The apartment photos were shot in 0.5 format, so you don’t really see how small it is. I’m not that big, but I barely managed to turn around in the bathroom. Every door on the whole floor is way too noisy. The walls aren’t real walls.

Posizione comodissima sia per l'aeroporto (le fermate della linea C6 sono molto vicine) che per il centro città (raggiungibile comodamente a piedi in 10/15min passando sia dalle vie più centrali oppure passeggiando sulla bellissima explanada). Raggiungibili a piedi anche il porto, la spiaggia del Postiguet e il Castello di Santa Barbara. Camera molto confortevole, arredamento moderno e funzionale, pulito, bagno con una doccia grande, la zona per mangiare aveva posate, bicchieri, piatti e tazze e anche il necessario per lavare le stoviglie, inoltre erano presenti 2 cialde per fare i caffe alla macchinetta, un gesto cortese! La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni in maniera chiara e ci ha anche permesso di lasciare dopo il check-out i nostri zaini l'ultimo giorno prima di partire. Molto apprezzato! Consiglio!. L'unica pecca è stata che era presente 1 solo rotolo di carta igienica per 3 giorni in una camera per due persone, forse un po' poco. Dato che l'host è stata molto gentile probabilmente chiedendolo ci sarebbe stato dato 1 altro rotolo, purtroppo però è finita l'ultimo giorno e ormai non aveva più senso farne richiesta
