The staff were very attentive, friendly, and the premises clean—perfect for a relaxed stay. Before arriving, we ran into a payment issue: we were forced to pay through a channel other than Booking, and they collected the entire city tax upfront, which felt odd. We stayed at another hotel in the same area without encountering such a problem.

We enjoyed the pool area, but dinner was ruined when a street cat invaded our table; the waiter insisted it was normal for guests to eat with the cat, so we left without paying the bill.

“Excellent stay and a very special place”

Beautiful hotel. Super luxurious and extremely well taken care of. Immaculately clean and staff were very friendly and helpful . We spent our honeymoon there and they really made it very special. The view from the room was amazing and the facilities are exceptional and well maintained. The pool is lovely and the aesthetics are so beautiful. The beds were excellent and comfy. The Nefertari body care products they have are excellent. The food was lovely over breakfast and it tastes like homemade food. We are definitely coming back as this place gave us some great memories. Mosquitoes can get a bit wild by evening time. More measures need to be taken to combat mosquitoes in the area
