I had no good moments here; the place feels like a horror movie, and the access road is even worse. We arrived, saw the façade, and immediately regretted it. Every aspect was a total disappointment, even the person who tried to communicate with us was rude and overbearing, forcing us to stay as if we had no other options. Terrible.

This spot is great for unplugging and relaxing amid nature, far from city noise. We spent the afternoon on the terrace, napping while our dogs ran freely in the green areas, worry-free. At night we had a bonfire, roasting marshmallows. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Lorena was an excellent host, giving us advice and always attentive to our needs. If you want to disconnect, enjoy a pleasant time and unwind, this is the place. Keep in mind that the Wi‑Fi is almost nonexistent. The path is gravel; don’t follow Google Maps—follow Lorena’s directions and it’s easy. Bring plenty of mosquito repellent, because the mosquitoes on the terrace got the best of us.

I booked this place because it advertised 24‑hour reception, but that was completely false. Before arrival, the host sent me WhatsApp directions that didn’t match the actual location or what was shown on Booking. When I asked for more instructions, she gave me directions that didn’t match the photos or the listed location, making it impossible to find the hotel. Worse, she told me she had an appointment and no one would be there to receive us, despite the claimed 24/7 reception. I arrived at 5 pm—an entirely reasonable time—and still no one was available. As a result, I couldn’t enter or use my reservation and was left stranded in the city without accommodation after trusting the listing’s information. I don’t recommend this place. The information is misleading, the communication is confusing, and they don’t deliver on promises. I hope Booking reviews this property to prevent others from experiencing the same situation.

Everything was perfect, the place was very quiet and calm. The only downside was that reaching it required going through a gravel path.
