Long wait before seeing my room, cleaning was unsatisfactory, and the bed and bath linens were not up to par.
The interior of the apartment was fine, but from the outside it looked like a disaster. The photos in the listing didn’t match what we actually had.
I stayed in a basement room that was far from clean: the sinks and bidet were clogged, the shower tiles were greasy, and the kitchen was filthy and broken. It’s not even a ground floor, and I left after the first night. The price is low, but I didn’t expect such rundown facilities.
The house’s location was good, but the overall cleanliness was lacking.
