“Local agradável, atendimento impecável”
The location was beautiful with a stunning mountain view. All the staff were helpful, kind, and always ready to assist, checking on us and offering help whenever needed. They kept our room tidy, had the fireplace on, a hot water bottle to warm the bed, and some sweets—a very special touch! We had to check out early at 5:30, and they kindly prepared a bag of breakfast items for us to take. The part of the hotel we stayed in was new, so there were still construction works around, which caused the Wi‑Fi to be down when we arrived but it was fixed soon after. We also had a period with no water and it wasn’t hot, but that was resolved once we reported it, likely due to the ongoing construction of new rooms. The breakfast area is lovely! One detail we didn’t know when we booked is that breakfast is included in the room rate, but items like eggs, cappuccino, or other extras are charged separately. We booked dinner at the hotel on the first night; the mushroom cream starter was excellent, but the main course had very little meat, which felt unfair for the price. On the last night we also dined at the hotel and had another dish, lamb—everything was delicious, though the lamb was slightly undercooked, but the flavor was great. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time for their wine tasting.
