“Good stay near Taksim Square”

The staff were friendly and the room turned out to be truly spacious. Breakfast was decent, and the location worked for me—close to everything but still away from the bustle. The neighborhood feels like a local area with few tourists. I got what I paid for and was satisfied overall. The cleaning could have been more frequent. Note that the hotel is made up of three separate buildings in the same neighborhood; the room I received wasn’t the exact one shown in the picture, but it was actually very nice.

The hotel’s location was excellent, the staff were hospitable, everything was fine, breakfast was delicious, and the hotel was clean. Historical sites were within walking distance.

“Got my money’s worth”

Even though the room wasn’t the one shown in the pictures, it was very spacious and comfortable. The neighborhood is completely safe and feels local. I liked that it isn’t right in the middle of the busy square, yet it’s still super close. You know you’re not paying for a 5‑star hotel, but the price definitely does justice in my opinion. Breakfast was good and you can ask for your egg fried. I stayed for 2 weeks and the room was only cleaned twice. The internet was a little slow but still managed to hold video calls; uploading files was a bit slower.

“Worse experience ever”

It’s a scam; they cancelled 20 minutes before I arrived. This isn’t a guest house—it’s a scam for money laundering. I’m afraid they got my card details. Very shady, no name, no numbers; it’s definitely a scam. They cancelled 20 minutes before I got there and I was lucky to find a hotel for the night. Avoid at all costs. I will also report.
