“we enjoyed our stay”
The size and location were great, and the facilities were also good; no criticisms.

Moving luggage from the garage to the room and back was a pain even though the lift was efficient—nothing much can be done about it.

It was a positive experience.

The location was fine, but I got a spa room—do not recommend.

The location was good, but the room we had had stair access only, which was hard for me, and the carpark needs better monitoring so people park properly and you can park near your room.
