The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and well-lit. The front‑desk girl was not pleasant, and it would have been better if the staff spoke English at this level. There is only one Vietnamese/European power outlet; the rest are Chinese sockets, so adapters would be useful. A refrigerator is also missing.

I arrived late, and a staff member was already waiting at the reception. The room has no window, and breakfast was not offered.
