Hillwood House Hotel

“Merci à toute l équipe ! Un super séjour !”

Ma compagne et moi tenons encore à remercier l’équipe de l’hôtel pour son accompagnement et sa qualité de service ! Très bien situé , très propres et très récentes , les chambres sont top ! Merci encore , on ne peut que vous recommander !

Great location, stylish, and modern. A bit small but we were expecting this. QR code for door and elevators in lieu of key cards worked really bad. We were not the only guests who had this problem

I encountered bed bugs.

“This is the place I'm going to return my next visits”

The room was very comfortable and the staff were friendly. I liked the large window and the overall height of the room. The QR‑code access system was a bit awkward because I had to scan the code from my phone screen several times while in the elevator. The waterproof mattress cover had a faint technical smell.

“Convenient and friendly but let down by the bed”

The hotel is within walking distance of Victoria Harbour, night markets, shopping, and many other attractions. The hot shower was nice and the place was generally clean. Service and staff were very friendly and helpful. The phone QR scanner for the lifts and room door was a bit hit‑and‑miss. The bed was very hard, and the mattress was covered in a thick plastic sheet that made it noisy and less comfortable. There were only two flat pillows for the queen‑size bed—one for each side—and no extras were provided.
