The food was tasty, especially the Shopska salad. The hotel’s location was wonderful. The room was very hot. The pool had a strong chlorine smell. Other than that everything was fine.

The food didn’t seem spectacular. The traditional Bulgarian dishes were completely missing.

In the end nothing about the hotel pleased us. Everything was turned off at the end of the season and the promised services were practically non‑existent. The food was absolutely terrible, a mass‑cooking for cheap tourists, always the same reheated dishes, no quality, just bulk food for groups and cheap Eastern tourists. Terrible. Never again. I will also inform Dentaprime.

Everything was great. The food and facilities were very good. We stayed right on the beach with pools, making the hotel super convenient for a proper break. I’d recommend it and would pick it again.

The hotel is very good! It would be nice to update the bathroom, otherwise everything was very decent. Good food, pools, and a magnificent beach. The plumbing in the bathroom was outdated.
